Wine expert Peter Bridgwater introduces a selection from Terre Di Serrapetrona—an award-winning, family-run vineyard in the Marche region, famed for its heroic viticulture and rare Vernaccia Nera grape.
Expect vibrant reds, complex aged vintages, and triple-fermented sparkling wines, each paired with a bespoke course from GULP designed to complement its character and complexity. A journey in flavour, terroir, and craftsmanship—served in GULP’s candlelit dining room.

GULP launches its new Art Will Eat Itself series with visual artist Mau Samayoa. For this inaugural event, just 10 guests will share an evening where art and dining intertwine. The night begins with welcome drinks and canapés in Mau’s Jewellery Quarter studio, surrounded by his intricate, memory-driven works. Guests will then move to GULP for a specially created vegetarian Salvadorian dinner, designed and prepared by Mau and Kaye.
Mau’s work explores memory, identity, and endurance - his tiny incisions and folds echoing the gestures of cooking: slicing, chopping, layering, consuming. This supper club brings those parallels to the table - literally.
