Tasting Light
A Multi-Sensory Dining Experience

Tasting Light is a unique dining experience that explores the many forms and feelings of light through a series of immersive tasting courses.

As well as candlelight, this intimate evening will use neon, UV and even the concept of “weight” — to reveal how light can shape the way we see, taste, and respond to food.

Presented over two evenings - Friday 13th and Saturday 14th February - Tasting Light leans gently into the romance of Valentine’s season. Diners can expect delicious moments of delight woven subtly into the experience.

Tasting Light is an experimental, sensory-led dining experience designed to heighten flavour perception and create a lasting impression, both in the mind and on the palate.
