This one is for the early birds amongst us.
Have you ever heard the Dawn Chorus? It holds a sense of promise, and denotes a shift in season and a gentle lift in mood and, for me, it’s one of the best reasons to get up early.
I’m inviting you to experience this aural phenomenon in the Jewellery Quarter, in a way you likely never have before. Beginning at dawn in the JQ’s famed cemeteries, we will listen to the magnificent Dawn Chorus as the sun rises with wildlife expert Jake Williams, marking International Dawn Chorus Day together.
When the birds have quietened, we’ll make our way back to GULP for refreshments and breakfast. A special occasion definitely worth setting the alarm for.
