Discover the sweets and desserts of Italy in a unique cooking workshop where you'll make a selection of gorgeous and delicious Italian sweets. You'll learn a bit of Italian culinary history whilst making some of the world's most iconic sweet treats.

In this cooking class with a twist, you'll make Frutta di Martorana (marzipan fruits first created by Sicilian nuns to decorate barren winter trees), Italian fruit cheese from traditional moulds, and chocolate salume.
