Hands On Sensuality explores the sensual potential of dining from our own hands, and the sensory possibilities of eating beyond the plate.

The hand becomes a reimagined vessel for consumption, with each course served on a different part of the hand or wrist. Food is carefully designed to evoke different sensations — inviting you to notice texture, temperature, touch, anticipation and the intimate relationship between hand, food and mouth.

This is dining experienced through touch as much as taste: tactile, playful, intimate and a little unexpected.

One for curious appetites.
